1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading the Nupta application or accessing our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please refrain from utilizing our platform.

2. Vendor Verification & Contractual Liability

While Nupta vigorously verifies all vendors permitted onto our platform utilizing strict quality and reliability standards, Nupta acts solely as an intermediary and marketplace. All contracts synthesized for wedding services—from Gusaba decorators to venue caterers—are strictly signed between the Couple and the specific Vendor. Nupta assumes no liability for service execution.

3. Dispute Resolution

Should you encounter disputes with a verified vendor, you may lodge a formal complaint via the Admin dispute portal. We will investigate the claim and potentially remove the vendor’s verified status if they are found strictly at fault, protecting the future integrity of the community.

4. Intellectual Property

All branding, typography algorithms, layout design patterns, and application logic enclosed throughout Nupta remain the exclusive intellectual property of our company under Rwandan intellectual property law.
